Heather Welch has a passion for building long-term, meaningful relationships with individuals, families, and business owners; her career with Cornerstone Financial Group gives her the opportunity to provide expert guidance and innovative solutions to help her clients identify and meet their financial goals at different stages in life.

In addition, Heather Welch has recently taken on a leadership role within the organization and was named College Unit Director; this role gives Heather the opportunity to mentor and develop college Financial Representatives by showing them first-hand what a successful career at Northwestern Mutual Is like.

Heather Welch believes that professional involvement and development is an important aspect to being able to fully provide for her clients. Heather is involved with the following organizations:

National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) is a national nonprofit organization representing the interests of more than 70,000 insurance and financial advisors nationwide, through its federation of over 900 state and local associations. Founded in 1890, NAIFA is the nation's largest financial services membership association.
 
YP Impact engages and inspires young professionals with a social platform and opportunities for community volunteerism, which leave a lasting impact professionally and personally. Networking and volunteerism - coupled with training – allows its members to meet with peers, expand business contacts, give back to the community, and learn fundamentals of leadership, to prepare them for future career endeavors.
 
The Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) works to strengthen the region's economy with strategies to attract and retain quality jobs and top talent. FUEL is the leading organization addressing talent attraction, retention, and engagement for the MMAC and Milwaukee 7.
